We used Sahar Whitley for our wedding in May during COVID. She was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely use her again. She was so patient, and was there with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help me with whatever she could - even for my events leading up to the wedding! She helped me pick out my veil, shoes, etc. Not to mention, her beautiful and amazing design she created for our dream wedding! When you walked into the room, it was truly breathtaking! She was always available to us, regardless of what time it was to help us get things done and taken care of. She’s very organized and on top of things! She is so sweet, detail-oriented, negotiated on our behalf, is able to adapt to changing environments which is key during a COVID wedding. I cant even begin to explain how many nights she stayed on the phone with us until late night - Sometimes past midnight to discuss vendors, timelines and making sure we were comfortable with everything the day of. She has the most positive energy and radiates goodness through her actions and magnetic smile. She really does care and loves her job!!!!! SHE SAVED US!
We LOVE Sahar! She saved us from a horrific wedding planner we had who bailed on us 2 weeks before our wedding! Sahar quickly adapted and was truly amazing, patient, and organized, essentially re-planning our wedding. She is truly passionate about what she does, she puts 200% of herself into the planning process, she’s a gem! Choosing her was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. The planner definitely sets the tone of the wedding day. Day-of, she also brings so much happiness to the table that you really enjoy yourself and feel like you have a cheerleader on your team and not a cookie-cutter planner. I truly wish we had found Sahar earlier so that we could’ve enjoyed the process more since we only got to have 2 weeks of bliss with her! She would stay on the phone with me into late hours of the night if I needed it to make sure we had things covered the way I wanted it, and she does it with a smile on her face, never complaining and always happy, getting things done. If I wanted something, she would make it happen. My last planner didn’t order my cake, Sahar had to figure it out 3-5 days before my wedding and she sourced the cake flowers I wanted quickly. I have so many stories! The night right before my wedding I added extra lights and she coordinated with the lighting tech to make sure they were what I wanted. Having someone who genuinely cares and is nice is the best way to go!

Sahar is by far the greatest wedding planner ever. She truly went above and beyond each and every single day – with a smile. She is motivated, organized & super friendly. WOW! The first thing I think of Sahar iS, WOW!
She did wonders for me and my fiancé. We hired Sahar as a coordinator before COVID happened and she was so accommodating with us having to cancel and reschedule our wedding. Her positivity and “I’m on board” attitude really put as at ease. She went above and beyond by helping us set up the floor plan at our first venue and helped with the madness of moving everything to our second venue. Neighbors complained to the police and we were shut down. Sahar scrambled very quickly and found an alternative location for our wedding just 2 DAYS BEFORE! Have her show you pictures when you hire her, you would have no idea our wedding was transformed in just 2 days! She handled everything thrown at her like a BOSS! She coordinated everything and made our wedding stress free and magical all while in the midst of a COVID shutdown, also she didn’t sleep a wink (don’t know how she did it!) We were so grateful for her hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better planner!

HER TIMELINE SKILLS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD!
Sahar and her team are absolutely incredible! She did a wonderful job on our wedding and I can't thank her enough. I work full time and planning my wedding was really overwhelming. Having Sahar step in made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. I trusted her like my own sister and she really proved just that. She becomes family during the process, day of and after. She is well organized, extremely professional and her communication from the beginning was top notch. All my vendors and guests complimented how wonderful Sahar is and it made me so happy to know everyone was happy.
Sahar put so much thought and love into things I didn't even think about and really made my dreams come true. We would text and email into the wee hours of the night and she was happy to answer every little question or concern of mine. Her timeline skills are out of this world amazing, and really walks you through every minute of the event to let you know what will be happening. I'm totally not this person, but when my bouquet arrived to the room it was not at all what I expected. The florist added a flower I specifically said not to use. I looked at Sahar and I explained and she quickly took the bouquet from me, went downstairs did some magic and re-appeared with the bouquet of my dreams!
My favorite things about Sahar are her pure joy and love for event planning as well as her text reminders that "this is the most exciting time in your life" and "today is your wedding day, enjoy every second." It was wonderful to be reminded of those things as you get so consumed in planning the event. I've already raved to my friends and family about Sahar and I can't wait to work with her in the future on baby showers, birthday parties and more! Love you Sahar!

Mitzvahs
We understand how important it is when your child becomes a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. This momentous occasion is something you’ve been planning in your mind for as long as you can remember, and you want nothing more than a celebration that reflects how magical you’ve imagined this event to be.
One of the most important roles we play as event planners is sitting down, listening to each client’s vision for the overall theme design. We strive to capture each child’s personality throughout the event, paying close attention to even the most minuscule of details.
SHE SET THE BAR ULTRA HIGH!
A couple months before my sons’s Bar Mitzvah, we met Sahar at family wedding we attended. Her high energy, beautiful smile and shiny personality was so hard to not notice. At that moment, my husband and I knew we needed to hire her for our event.
We met her immediately the next week. She was so excited and happy to talk about our mitzvah. She asked so many questions about our son, what he likes, dislikes and definitely what he wanted to have at his event. She helped us come up with the perfect theme for him and made sure we had all the perfect vendors that were also in our budget.
Her creativity and great eye really took our whole day to another level. She was so calm and collected with all the vendors, wait staff and guests. Once we approved all the vendors, she basically took over and made it all happen. She had such great communication with my son as well, and really made it a point to include him on so many decisions. She saw his vision, our vision and ran with it.
Our party was the first of all Mitzvah’s in my sons class and I can honestly say she set the bar ultra high.
We are so grateful to have met her and we will never forget our son’s special day.
She is a true gem and will definitely add a special touch to every event she throws.
